THIS CALF WORKOUT FOCUSES ON BUILDING THE OUTER PART OF YOUR CALF MUSCLE
1- Sit on the edge of a flat bench and place your feet parallel to each other. Place a dumbbell on top of your right foot’s thigh holding it with your hand for balance.
2- Raise the dumbbell by lifting your foot using only your ankle. Squeeze all the way up with a smooth motion and come back down to starting position.
