According to manufacturers and their commercials, the famous microwave has evolved the way we prepare food. It is advertised to cook our food in half the time. Has the microwave really saved us time? How long does food take to digest when zapped of all its nutrients and enzymes. How much time does it take for us to actually absorb that dead food completely stripped from any nutrient value. Does the food that we prepare in the microwave actually help our body grow and maintain health?

Experiment On Water
Below is a science experiment performed 2006. This experiment takes filtered water and divides it into two parts. The first was left as is. The second sample was heated to a boil in a microwave oven. After heating the second sample the water was then cooled. The water was then used to water two identical plants to see if there would be any difference in the growth between the normal water and the water boiled in a microwave. The experiment was to see if the structure or life force energy of the boiled water in the microwave was compromised.

This experiment demonstrates the effects of our beloved microwave.This was the invention that engineers have marveled over as an advance in technology. It is clearly nothing more than Mad science if it does not promote or connect with the cycle of nature. This microwave zaps the core of all food and leaves it empty with no value. How many athletes heat their healthy food before they train in the microwave to supply their body with building blocks for their muscles. All foods coming out of the microwave should be considered a snack or cheat meal that includes; vegan dishes, the four food groups and the water we use for our tea and soup.
Water is an extremely complex crystal structure. It may look like H2O on the outside but is far from just that on the inside. The enemy of water is heat. Water is preserved by its natural flow and vortexing. It lives in the shade and springs from the earth element. The above demonstrates the effects of water exposed to the microwave heat.
